Updated MacBook Pro M1 Max to 13.2.1 and lost my Security & Privacy settings

Hello,

I updated a MacBook Pro M1 Max to 13.2.1 and appears I have lost my Security & Privacy settings for Full Disk Access and Accessibility. I have Time Machine backups. There may be others lost but those are the ones I first have seen. I also am not able to add items back as put in password, select application to add, select it and it does not appear on the list. I've tried it a few times with no success after waiting a while. Is there a file or group of files I can restore from Time Machine that will return the application to their permissions set before the upgrade? Are there some files I need to reset the ownership or permissions to be able to add applications back to the section of Security & Privacy?

Please let me know if I can provide further information.

Thanks

Joe
