So I have had 3 12 pro replacements in a year, same issue phone wonât hold charge or keep charge. And the phone burns up to the point I canât hold it.
I got two options from them . Send away but 6-8 weeks or more . Or I get a replacement after I pay the price of a brand new phone ( their fee ). Should I just buy a new phone and trade this in? Help

You should investigate as to why you keep having the same issues with three different phones. The problems that you mention should not be happening.
1) Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick). If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch wonât charge
2) How is it being charged: Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories
3) Then see this: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold
4) These are the standard steps for short battery life:
a) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
b) Go to Settings > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
c) Check âBattery Healthâ in the link:Â

d) If all else fails, consider a battery replacement:

Thank you, I have done all above, new charger. Itâs at the point when it skips 100, 80,70,28. Iâve talked to support people and they said nothing we can do . Tbh itâs been 3 months this new issue was fine in November till this
the moment itâs charging but drains after itâs taken of it burns up to the point it could catch alight 😔😞.
