iOS spontaneously closes tabs

Apple is aware that this is an ongoing unresolved issue and has done nothing but blatantly lie about it being fixed is upgrades that do nothing but rob more and more memory. Tabs close on their own, without user prompt and the apple couldn’t care less.

iPad closed about a hundred tabs on its own. How does this happen? Yesterday morning they were there, now they’re not. I went from about 200 to about 100 without user input or device warning at all. The only change I made yesterday was to change my search engine to Bing. I have only one safari window open, no private tabs or windows. I have tabs set to close manually. Fortunately I made a backup about a week ago, but it’s so unpredictable and I shouldn’t have to rely on backups to compensate for a device’s random unreliability. This device is becoming so frustratingly unpredictably unreliable. Whether it’s separate safari windows opening unintentionally, the wrong symbols coming from keystrokes, multitasking windows opening unintentionally, and swaths of tabs disappearing every couple months, there’s just too many things going on that make me want to turn this into a frisbee.

Hard to close tabs in iOS 18 Has anyone else had issues with the tabs in iOS 18 being harder to close, it feels like the the area where you can actually click the x has become more precise, this has lead to me pressing on a tab rather than closing it a significant number of times.

Lost all my safari tabs I have lost all my safari tabs, the ones I have open on my phone, this happened 3 times. What is the problem here? I close 1 tab and open 1 new tab, then the search bar disappears and all open tabs also disappear. And it's not in the tab closing history either. Simply everything just disappears for no reason, and I've had this happen 3 times, important tabs I haven't saved yet. In addition, there are keyboard errors in the appstore, errors not being able to enter the main screen. In the past 2 years, ios has more bugs. I've been using ios for 10 years but recently it's not working anymore So sad. Can’t upload video here
