Attached are the error messages that I am receiving when trying to sync my iCloud contacts and calendar to Outlook 2019.

Try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/overview-of-outlook-e-mail-profiles-9073a8ac-c3d6-421d-b5b9-fcedff7642fc. You need the Mail icon in the Control Panel to manage profiles and set a default profiles.

There should still be a Mail icon in the Control Panel as far as I know, but I don't currently have a Windows 11 install to look at, and certainly not one in Parallels.

Bummer...but yes its working on my windows 10 and windows 11 machines....and its working on my windows 10 on a mac running parallels....but NOT on my Mac running parallels and windows 11.... thank you much for the effort and help.....

Nope...u did see that I am using Windows 11 on Parallels, yes? i have the same setup with windows 10 on a different mac with no issues.... intel based Mac....but my M1 with Windows 11 no luck.....
