I am being inundated with spam emails about bitcoin from foreign

I am constantly receiving spam emails for bitcoin asking me to click on the link is there anyway I can stop them coming into my inbox I do not want to change my email but they are a terrible nuisance, believe they look as though they may be coming from Russian judging by the writing I would be very grateful if anyone can help, they come from different people

Here is how I handle SPAM emails:

Block the sender. This is time consuming because the senders often keep sending from multiple email addresses but it is worth it in the long run. Block or unblock senders in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
Send the email to junk and Change Junk Mail settings in Mail on Mac - Apple Support so those emails do not show up in your Inbox.

This takes effort, but at least for me, it has helped to slow the amount of junk mail.
