Sound stops working when switching apps

So, I picked up a 14 Pro Max in the beginning of January, brand new phone.

Couple days back after waking up and staying in bed I noticed my alarms wouldn't all ring (im a deep sleeper i have multiple in 10-15min intervals) some did others just popped up on screen.

Now today i noticed that when i switch from an app i was using to another and come back, the sound stops working and wont come back no matter what i do, for example if im scolling on Tiktok and go to Snapchat then come back to Tiktok, there will be no sound. Close the app and start it up again everything comes back to normal, it does this every time with every other app and videos have a hard time playing aswell....

Help!
