Water Spill... :( Please help!

So, I spilled some water on my Macbook Air, and it got through the vents.

I unscrewed the cover as best I could since two screws were impossibly tight, so I couldn't fully open the cover.

I tried to peek through the thing, and I didn't see any water, but I used the cool air mode on my hairdryer and blew air through the space for a very short while.

Now, after screwing back the screws (I somehow lost a screw!), I'm freaking out, worrying if anything will go wrong. Any ideas on what to do?

Fyi, I don't have the appropriate screwdriver, so I used one of the flat-headed ones.
