Circle View Recordings

I can't seem to get recordings to appear on my Camera view. I've got both Home/Away settings set to Stream & Allow Recording but when I view the camera I am only able to see Live pictures nothing that was recorded during the day is available to me to review (Video scroll at the bottom of the page). I've reset the doorbell and still the same. I've update my HomePods today I'm wondering if that's the issue? I have 50GB storage with iCloud and location services for Home are turned on.

If you explain the model and environment specifically so that a third party can understand it, you can answer from a detailed person.

Or look it up by search.

If you've tried it, such as calling Apple Support or asking at a nearby store, you might want to write it down.
