According to the article you came from ( About the sweat and water resistance of AirPods Pro and AirPods (3rd generation) - Apple Support) AirPods ( 3rd generation) are not designed for use in water.


If they have been exposed to liquid, you'll want to wipe them complete and allow them to dry before placing them in the charging case.


If they are not working after performing this task, you'll want to look into service options with Apple. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Contact - Official Apple Support.
