Apple iPad Pro 11` M2 2022 Overheating on the left side (opposite side from the volume control)

Hello, It seem I have a major problem with my Ipad pro 11 2022, when I use normaly one clip on youtube, reading some emails after 5 min the left side its getting hot. I took the Ipad to Apple Store in Romania and change my device ( I boght the product three weeks before). All good, yesterday I got the new one from apple and again left side is vrey hot.

Please advice, I left the Ipad again in service ( the service tell me that is impossible to have the same issue).

Is this a problem with all the Ipad, will be a reecall, is not normal.

PS: issue occured olny to max briggthnes, if I decrese at 70% is fine.

Hello lazar191,

There are several factors to consider when talking about device temperature. The following support article has more information that may help: If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support

"You might notice that your device feels warmer when you:

  • Set up your device the first time
  • Restore from a backup
  • Wirelessly charge your device
  • Use graphics-intensive or processor-intensive apps, games, or features, including augmented-reality apps
  • Stream high-quality video

These conditions are normal, and your device will return to a regular temperature when the process is complete or when you finish your activity. If your device doesn't display a temperature warning, you can keep using your device."
