I can find my ringtone purchase on Itunes app on my iphone but I can't find the ringtone to apply to a contact.

We'd like to help with locating your purchased ringtone on your iPhone. We first want to confirm, did you purchase this ringtone through the iTunes Store or another service?

That will determine where it may have downloaded. If it was through the iTunes Store, let's check through these steps.

1. Open Settings > Sounds.
2. Tap Ringtone.
3. Purchased Ringtones show in the first section, check for it here.
4. If you don't see it, tap Download All Purchased Tones.
5. Once completed, see if it's listed.

If it does show there after trying to download it again, go back to your Contact to try to set that ringtone again. If you still aren't able to see it listed, even for your main ringtone, reply back here.
