Not receiving verification code mail for Apple ID change after domain has been claimed
We have claimed our email domain from work in Apple Business Manager through federated authentication. We were struck with the issue that accounts registered for developer.apple are no longer accessible because they are seen as apple IDs.
It prompts us to change the Apple ID of the account, when I enter a valid email I get to the stage to receive a verification code through email. This code is never received. I have tried different emails, the resend verification code option but nothing works.
There are no other options given to receive a verification code.. Anyone got any tips?
