I have 2 GB free on my phone but this update won’t download? Why not?
I cannot download this update even with 2GB memory free. What is wrong?

You actually need about 6 to 10 gig free to perform the upgrade.

2 GB is not sufficient for an i0S update. You can still update using your computer. Here are 2 links, choose the one for your computer.
- if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later
- if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC
