How do I disable the ability to change the apple id by only knowing the device passcode? We use iPads on the production floor of our business and I do not want the employees being able to change the apple id password.

I also want to prevent $5 wrench attacks from being able to use my Apple ID, to buy things with Apple Pay/Cash, send texts asking my friends and family to come and help (get mugged or raped) them etc.
