White iPhone 11 stained because of the phone case

It looks like micro scratches. Especially if the alcohol doesn't remove it. Small peeling in the paint on the metal frame. They can occur when dust and dirt gets under the cover and rubs against the metal frame (or the glass) for a long time.

Unfortunately, there is not much to do.

The best advice is to take off the cover more often and clean the phone.

If your iPhone cover is red/pink ish. Then the antenna band and the plastic band around the glass frame on the back cover may well take colour. The white iPhone 4/4S had the same "tendency", with blue jeans.

I once saw someone remove the color with a eraser. But it's not according to the book, so I don't recommend it.
