Are recent emojis shared through iCloud?

Does the recent emoji list sync to other devices on the same iCloud? For instance if someone is on my iCloud will their most recent become my most recent as well?

I have an iPhone, iMac, and two Mac Book Pros all signed in to the same AppleID and all devices are using iCloud for messages. Text messages from family, friends and regular people will delete from all devices if deleted from one. However, I've noticed that text messages from marketers/spam and politicians DO NOT delete across devices and these texts must be deleted off each device. Why?

Shared note and Notifications. I shared a note with someone. They have access and have read the note. IF I make an edit, will they get an alert on their phone that I have made an edit, OR, will they just be able to see the edit if they login? I do NOT want to edit it, if they will get another notification on their iMessage everytime I edit it, but I want them to still have access and to be able to see the edit, only if they CHOOSE to login and read the note.

Emojis are not shared across devices with iCloud. To ensure you have the latest emojis we would recommend keeping software updated on each device. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
