Not totally conclusive, no. However, the total amount of time it took to run EtreCheck is unusual. The rotating hard disk portion of Fusion Drive may be a factor and suggests it may be operating in a state of failure. However, it would affect everything and not just Safari. Perhaps Safari just happens to be the most obvious symptom.
System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.
Toward that end I suggest ridding that Mac of everything you don't really need, and as that report indicated there are a great many system modifications running in the background that are likely to be needless burdens. Too many to enumerate separately. It's up to you to determine what you require for your work, and to bear in mind anything that modifies a Mac can become a problem at any time in the future.
If you don't know where to begin, get rid of "Cocktail". I can easily come up with a half dozen or more candidates for deletion but start with that one. Consider the possibility it and similarly categorized nonessential software may contribute to premature hard disk drive failure.
At the opposite extreme perhaps you need Adobe and Microsoft, so keep them.
Everything else in the broad category in between is questionable.
