Can’t send attachments to non-iphone users.

Can’t send attachments to non-iphone users. Does anyone have a solution? Yes MMS is turned on. Yes, I have tried resetting my network.

Please contact your Carrier. iMessages do not go to an Android device and MMS is not used by iMessages.

You need MMS enabled by your Carrier for the SIM that you use and then enable it in your Settings. See the Pic below
