My iPad has a SIM card. I can access the internet via wifi or on 5G. It just stopped my ability to access without wifi. I did a network reset. Didn’t work,

I have a SIM card in my IPad but I can only access the internet through my wifi. This just happened, I have been accessing the internet without wifi with this iPad for years. It just stopped. I did a network reset and nothing change
