Refund for Apple Cash balance

I bought something off an Instagram site I used to balance in my Apple Cash account so it’s not linked to a card the company never sent me confirmation number and I never received the item I ordered. The company hasn’t responded despite multiple attempts to contact them how do I get a refund considering I didn’t use my credit card??
