I spent 1 hour with apple support on the phone with no luck trying to fix this annoying message I receive every time I try to purchase anything, sign in, check orders, etc. Help! This is annoying.

It is possible that something cached is not routing your login request properly.

If you don't see the Develop menu in the Safari menu bar, choose Safari > Settings, click Advanced, then select “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”

Under the Safari Develop menu, select Empty Caches. Quit Safari. Now boot into Safe Mode (which you did already, but try it again). After doing that restart normally. Then see if the problem is gone.

My apologies if you already went through that with Apple ...

Also, did you try accessing that page from a new user account created just to test this?

Boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and and try accessing the page from there. Reboot normally and try again.

Note:  if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode.  This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will assure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

Also what page are you trying to load?

The Key Wording in above is very revealing yours " Store page and try to log in " versus mine " I see I am also logged into My Apple Store Account too "

This tends to imply the User Account associate with Apple Support Community Forums may not be the same as your Apple Store Account ID

Does the user have More Than One Account with Apple ?
