So I deleted from the Whatsapp app some storage and it currently says that all media makes up to 1.91 GB, however when i go to my I cloud storage it still says that whatsapp uses 3.5 GB. How can I delete some of the Whatsapp storage from iCloud?

Prior to you deleting data from the app, was the app and its data taking up 3.5 GB of space? 

If the space you’re seeing taken up in iCloud is a backup of the app, then a new backup may need to be made. If you’re able to make a manual backup of the app to iCloud you can try that.
