on osx 10.10.5 Yosemite i can't log in to mac app store

I just bought a used macbook pro mid 2015 and it has factory reset back to yosemite 10.10.5 For the life of me I cannot find how to update to current version of monterey It is on the list as a compatible device Any help please ? The app store wont accept my password It says is incorrect but it is correct I have tried changing password too but to no avail
