Apple watch ultra was empty

Yesterday we bought an Apple Watch Ultra from a store (not apple store)

We didn’t opened inside the store because we were in a rushed a needed to get home. But when we opened the box we notice there wasn’t any leash, so we thought probably with the watch, and there was no watch either!

returned to the store to claim it, but they sayed they will investigate, and also call Apple who also wash their hands, so now I Have a $1000 usd box

what can I do, I’m in Mexico

Apple was not the seller. Your transaction was with the store where you purchased the watch so your claim is with them. I hope they refund your money.
