Hi there mus_m04,

When an external keyboard is connected to your device, either by Bluetooth or directly, it is expected for the on-screen keyboard to automatically hide itself. If the keyboard is missing whenever you try to type, we would recommend disabling Bluetooth to ensure nothing nearby is being recognized as a Bluetooth keyboard by your device. You can get instructions on disabling Bluetooth here: Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control Center - Apple Support

If an external keyboard is not the cause, try the following steps to further isolate what is, and work toward a resolution:

  1. Close Safari: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
  2. Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Make sure you have the latest iOS version for your iPhone: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  4. Clear your Safari history and data: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Cheers!
