Switched to Mint Mobile from ATT and my visual voicemail won’t work. I have to press 1 for voicemail.

Visual Voicemail forcing me to "Call Voicemail" on iPhone 11

I switched my carrier from ATT to Mint Mobile, both of which support Visual Voicemail, however once I switched to Mint Mobile, my Visual Voicemail only shows my old ATT voicemails and no mint voicemails. Mint had me remove SIM card , restart phone, reset my voicemail and reset network settings. Still no visual voicemail from mint calls, just the ones transferred from ATT. Also on the phone app page when I go to ‘change voicemail password’ and enter the password I created when calling voicemail it says ‘voicemail is unavailable.’ Also tried using the last four digits of my number. No luck. Any suggestions?
