Carplay sound output
Carplay works fine, but how can I change the sound output. Frequently it stays on the iPhone, not the car. Otherwise the screen shows the carplay as expected. How do I change the sound output when this happens?

Hello bizwiz55,
Do you happen to have other Bluetooth devices around you or connected when you connect to CarPlay? That may be why it isn't automatically connecting to the vehicle.
In iOS 16, you should be able to use Control Center, then tap on the Music output.
1. In the Music widget in Control Center > tap on this icon
2. Then you can select the vehicle. If it is selected on another output.
If that doesn't work for you, what happens when you follow the steps here: If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support Is the correct audio output selected after following those steps? As they should resolve issues with CarPlay.
