iPhone to HDMI adapter

I had the iPhone 7 and it worked perfectly with the iPhone to HDMI adapter so I could watch Disney+, Paramount+, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime Video on my TV (it’s not a smart TV). I recently switched to the iPhone SE 3rd Gen. I can now only watch Netflix or Disney+. The other apps have no sound at all and are choppy video, plays for 1-2 seconds and stops, and continues doing that no matter what I do. It’s not either of my cords because Netflix and Disney+ work flawlessly. Also I did try to do the new Software Update (iOS 16.3.1) but it completely shut my phone down for over 24 hours until I received help and hard turned it on with help from someone who works at a Verizon store. Please help! I’m paying for all these services and can’t enjoy any but 2!

iPhone SE, iOS 12

In order to ensure that your device or system is HDCP compliant, be sure to check the manufacturer's manual/catalog... This problem only exists on the Safari browser and some third-party apps.
