Transferring Music to New iPhone

I upgraded from a 12 Pro to a 14 Pro. I cannot get my music to transfer correctly. I’m missing close to 3,000 songs. Is there a way to take my 12 Pro’s library and put it on my 14 Pro? I tried syncing with my laptop and redownloading purchases, which didn’t sync everything. I DO NOT have an Apple Music subscription, I primarily purchase on iTunes or buy digital files.

Manual management is not helping. A couple thousand songs are still not coming through. I wish I could Airdrop all these files to myself.. I'm getting errors about some of the music not having proper authorization, but I have checked the family sharing and everything looks good. This is a mess and I'm so frustrated.

Sync is from computer to iPhone. See if manually managing your music helps. With iPhone connected and selected in Finder, under General enable Manually manage music .... The music is now ready to be directly managed inside the Music app itself on your Mac, or iTunes on a computer.
