Airpods won't connect to my iPhone after forgetting device

So today morning I was ready to use my airpods and the right pod was the only working so I read I should forget device which I did. When trying to connect it flashed white twice but then started to flash red amber non stop. I still have my box and wanted to contact a live chat but apparently it doesn't exist. In my country Honduras we only have a store which can help me but it's not an official Apple Store. Please help

Well, I found a solution. Apparently my left pod was the problem. When I took it out of the case just leaving the right inside I opened the case and instantly got detected. To solve the left bud not working I pushed it in the case with a bit of pressure and it started working again

Clean your AirPod Case:

When’s the last time you cleaned these? Go here: How to Clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. There may debris getting in the way here. So, use a microfiber-cloth to clean the outside of them. Also, using a wooden toothpick, lightly slip it inside the case, seeing if you can slowly remove gunk (i.e. earwax). It may take a few tries. Tap the debris softly, and then extract the wooden toothpick, continuing until all is gotten out.

Getting a Chat to Go Through:

Chat with Apple about something else, making up a case, playing along for a few minutes. At the end of the chat session, they'll ask you if anything else is on your mind that you need to troubleshoot. Bring up this issue then. That's the only way around this.
