Apple TV Remote Not Working With Netflix

Hi for the past couple of weeks, my remote won’t work with Netflix. I can scroll with the touchpad at all. I have closed the app, reinstalled it, restarted the apple box, checked for updates. But still no joy.. it works fine outside of netflix on other apps. Please can someone help?

If the issue only occurs with Netflix then there is an issue with the Netflix app. My suggestion is:

Ensure TV OS is up-to-date on your Apple TV device.
If 1 fails to fix the issue, then uninstall the Netflix app.
Restart the Apple TV
Re-Install the Netflix app and test.
If the issue persists, please contact Netflix for support on their app.

Okay, so when you made contact with Netflix what did they say? It's their app so if you are having difficulties with it, it's up to them to support it.
