Photos overlaid with text?

I made a multi-photo collage page in Pages and would like to overlay text (for a title page) on top of the photos. Is there a way to do this? Adding a text box doesn't work because it wants to fit into the pix puzzle instead of sitting on top. Is there another way?

Thank you!

When you insert a Text box, it is the foreground object. While selected, visit the Arrange panel and choose Text Wrap : None, so you can move the Text box around over your collage group. When you have done this, you can position and resize it appropriately for your title text, and add it to the collage grouping by selecting the Text box and your collage, then Arrange panel > Group.
