VO2 max readings from my Apple watch to my iPhone

I've been going on 2-mile runs but my Vo2 max reading hasn't updated for two weeks now. I checked all the settings listed abovve to make sure I have tracking turned on, but I'm not getting any new readings. Frustrated!

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Thanks...but, nope. I even unpaired and repaired (hey, I recognize that word!) to no avail. Still stuck on the Feb 7 reading.

Hm--when I go to "Health" under "Settings" on my watch, I see that while yesterday's jog is recorded under "Workouts," it indicates that "No app has access to" the various categories, including the health data for the last workout, aside from its duration. I think that must be the problem.

And on my phone's Health app, when I go to All Health Data > Workouts > Data Sources & Access, it tells me that "no apps are allowed to read data." Although when I go to All Recorded Data under Workouts, it lists all my exercise days...except the ones from February 7 to February 21 aren't listed (Feb 21 and 23 are the latest listed). I'm deeply lost here....

Love your logo--takes me back to sunnier times! ;-)
