My son’s phone doesn’t work since the recent update. You can see his main screen, but it’s dim. Phone vibrates when a call comes in, but unable to answer. Can’t turn off phone. Can’t see any texts or who is calling. This recent update is a known problem. How do I resolve this issue?

Try Another Update:
Seems to be a corrupt update. So, perform another update, this time using a computer. Go Here: Making Use of a Computer for Updating an iOS Device - User Tip. If any updates are available, they'll install, sure enough.
