No, the data found on a contact card is just an information for you. I wanted to look for such a contact among my own, but now I can't find it. Do you have your contacts in iCloud directly or do you sync with Google? Maybe during the sync the hidden link merged to your contact details. You can delete this part from the contact it doesn't affect anything.
is this sync any information or can you pull anything off my phone from this or see messages or phone calls?
