On what device do you have the Apple TV app/​Apple TV+ app?

Users should sign in with the Apple ID account that has purchases or subscriptions through Apple linked to it.

Other accounts wouldn’t get access to the services in the Apple TV app/​Apple TV+ app (unless grouped through Apple Family Sharing).

To sign in to the Apple TV app/Apple TV+ app on third party devices, find the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon) in the tabs at the top, then go to Accounts, and sign in there.

I think that I am not able to login due to location country !

Apple services are available for accounts set to these countries: Availability of Apple Media Services (by country) - Apple Support. Check for services from the iTunes Store and for the Apple TV app.

Apple services are available in the user’s home country. Some services may not be available abroad.

App availability on third party devices (e.g. smart TV) may have additional limitations for certain countries. But if you already have the app installed, then that shouldn’t be an issue.
