If it doesn't work on your Mac, then I would dump Norton and just use keychain. It works seamlessly on all of my devices.

The window freezes & doesn't bring up the password options. I use it on my iPhone & iPad, but my Mac wants to download Norton Safe Web. I have since deleted it because it caused my other devices to do the same thing. I have all my passwords saved on Norton P/w manager and have to look up each password on a different device & manually type it in.

My first guess would be because it is garbage.

Can you explain the symptoms or error messages you get when you try to use it.
