Is there any way to block a sender?
iMac 27″, macOS 13.2
(Assuming that you are using the Mail app)
Click on the small arrow next to the name of the sender in the email (see the attached image). Then click 'Block'.

Unfortunately I don't know much about High Sierra, hopefully someone else can help you with that.

Thank you very, very much. I have been getting junk from two sources that ignore "unsubscribe" as if it didn't exist.

It should be the same method.
Block sender doesn't appear in the drop down in high sierra. What I get is "copy address" "add to VIPs" "new email" or "add to contacts"

It just doesn't exist in HS, there's spamsieve & spamcop.net that I use to report spammers & they eventually get taken down.
Thanks for confirming. It's my bride's machine with the HS and as it turns out she used the block feature on her iPhone which has a more current operating system.
