After update to Ventura 13.2.1 internet not work

Hi, today after I update my MacBook Air M1 to MacOS to 13.2.1 doesnt work internet (trying lan, same problem, restart of router and ap no effect) before update there was no problem.

Safe mode still not connection wifi/lan to internet.

Have anyone same problem and any solution for help?

If you go to System Settings and then click on Network, make sure everything is Active as shown here:

(If you don't use the Firewall, you can ignore that setting.)
