free 6 months apple music airpods

I bought a new iPhone one month before. with AirPods 2 I got six months of free apple music. but today I couldn't use it. I couldn't listen to any downloaded music on apple music. How do I fix that problem? it says that but I don't know what to do. pls help

Restart your device. If that doesn't help go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and back in.
