Hello Vera5555,

Let's use the steps below to restart both devices to see if your most recently backup still isn't appearing:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

You can also find those steps in this resource: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support Restarting can sometimes help address odd behaviors.

Should you still not see your most recent iCloud backup, you may also be able to transfer your data directly using the Quick Start feature: Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you have access to a computer, you can also complete that process directly using your computer: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Hopefully those options and resources put you on the path to transferring your data to your new iPhone.

Take care.
