Can’t use share/save button in Freeform on my iPad

I’m using Freeform on my iPad and whenever I tap on the share/save button while using the app it tells me to turn on iCloud in my settings (see first pic). Under iCloud settings Freeform is enabled (see second pic). I tried rebooting the machine and tried several time to switch off and back on iCloud for Freeform (despite the warning that I might loose my files and then asking if want to merge them) but I’m still getting the same error.


Please any suggestions?

A few things we’d like to suggest - 

First, it appears that your device has a profile installed. Since Freeform is a newer feature it would be worth checking with the owner of the profile to verify that it has permission to connect with iCloud for that feature. 


Next, be sure your iPad is running iPadOS 16.3.1 and you can do that in Settings > General > Software Update. Update your iPhone or iPad


Then, also test when connected to a different network. This way we can be sure the issue isn’t network related. If there is any VPN or security software installed on your iPad and you can disable/remove them then restart and test again.
