Apple TV Britbox Channel fail

I subscribe to the Britbox channel through the Apple TV app. Sadly, although those who directly subscribe to Britbox now have access to the show those of us that trusted Apple do not have access to Beyond Paradise S01E01 at the time I'm posting this. I have had this issue before.
