Font
I want to change the system font? Its an english font but its easier for me to read is there a way to change it to be this on most apps? not just my keyboard?

It is not possible to change the system font. You can change the text size and make the text bold.
Go to: Settings > Screen & Brightness. Find Text Size, and Bold Text.
