I bought 2 days ago Iphone 14 pro max and i was wondering if there is a specific way or steps to charge correctly my Iphone to minimize to maximum the aging of the battery and to safe the best battery heath.I have the Optimised battery charging on and i am using 20 W adapter (apple one) .Thank you in advance

Well, you can charge it whenever you want during the day (if its battery level is close to 20%), but I suggest the you charge it overnight, everynight (no, no overheating since the iPhone stops charging automatically when the battery reaches 100%), regardless of the battery charge level.
I have been using this procedure since 2009, and the battery of my iPhones has always lasted at least 2.5 - 3 years, without any problems.

So from what i understand ,if it is during day time to charge it around 20 to 80% and overnight just plug it and not worring that it will be overcharged .
