How to delete trusted numbers from iPhone?

My ex is in my phone thought my SIM card he added Bluetooth sync to all devises hacked everything WHAT DO I DO

Hello,

Change your Apple ID password immediately:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised

Also see:

If you suspect your device has been compromised

Go to Find My > People and remove any people that you don't want knowing your location.

Go to Find My > Devices and remove anything that you don't recognize.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth and remove any devices that you don't recognize.
