Purchase and refund
I asked for refund for my purchase in Tv+ and you replied that it has been refunded!!!!! I didn't receive any??????

A refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase, and can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
The delay, particularly with credit cards, is down to the card company, not Apple, and is experienced with other sellers' refunds.
