Unable to sign into AppleTV+ with my new Firestick

Hello, I am getting very frustrated trying to sign into my AppleTV+ app with a new Firestick on a second tv in my home. I can use the app on my iphone, ipad, and the other tv without any problem. I keep getting the error "Verification Failed There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment then try again. Error code N/63FCCF47

I've done everything I can looking up this problem here, but nothing will work.
