You can't stop them. Use your email provider's spam filters to continue to send them to the spam folder. If your email provider is Apple, see here:

I wouldn't even bother to block them. They use different email addresses every time.

You will need to find out what kind of spam filtering Comcast and AOL offer. I'd start by going to their websites.
