Hello yetkin160,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We’d like to help out and make some recommendations to see if we can sort this issue you’re experiencing. First, we’ll recommend some steps for your iPhone and then for your CarPlay. Follow the steps below:
1.) Restart your iPhone. This usually helps refresh things.
2.) Install any pending updates that might be available for your iPhone. This can usually help with unique issues, since updates include fixes. Just in case, this link can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
1.)Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.)Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.)Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.\
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
For CarPlay, follow the recommended troubleshooting steps listed here: If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support
1.) Check your connection to your CarPlay stereo:
-If you have a wired connection, try connecting again with a different USB cable to a different USB port if you have one.
-If you have a wireless connection, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your iPhone under Settings > Bluetooth. Then go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and make sure that Wi-Fi is also turned on. Tap the CarPlay network, and check that Auto-Join is turned on.
2.) If CarPlay doesn't activate automatically, look for the CarPlay logo on your car's display and select it.
3.) Make sure that Siri is on.
4.) If your iPhone isn't detected by CarPlay, make sure that CarPlay isn't restricted. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is on, tap Allowed Apps, and make sure that CarPlay is enabled.
5.) Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap your car, then tap Forget This Car. Then set up CarPlay again.
6.) Make sure that your CarPlay stereo is using the latest firmware from the car manufacturer. Check your car's manual for more information.
We hope these steps are helpful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
